STEPS

1.    KIDSAFE/RISK MANAGEMENT APPLICATION
Every adult associated with the Travel Leagues, Recreational Clubs must register on line through the On-Line Risk Management Application

2.    TRAVEL TEAMS
A Travel Team official (Coach, Asst. Coach or Team Manager) must register the team through the On-Line Travel Team Registration 

3.    VYSA Medical Release Form

• South County Athletic Assn is for ODSL = Jon Aderholdt ([email protected]) 
• Guest teams playing VPL for FCV United need to register under their own club for VYSA cards. Please make sure your club registrar has Virginia Premier League as an option for you to select.

*ALL U9/U10 teams  only get US CLUB Cards
*ALL ECNL teams only get US CLUB Cards

1. Background Check:  Click here to complete the staff background check application 
   1. SELECT FC Virginia as your club ONLY. One form is needed per coach and manager.  
   2. All confirmations must be sent to [email protected] 
      
      
2. All Team need to fill out the following spreadsheet the US club form spreadsheet. 
   1. Click here for spreadsheet 
   2. E-mail form to [email protected]
      
      
3. Start collecting scan copies of birth certificates and head-shots for manager, coaches and players.
