Gustavo Donolo, President for Soccer the Brazilian Way, has been retained by FC Virginia to be the Clubs Director of Player Development.  Mr. Donolo will work as member of FC Virginia's Technical Staff and help to ensure satisfying the training demands of the organizations rapidly growing player pool. FC Virginia continues to raise the standards of their training programs and Mr. Donolo will help to improve the technical and tactical abilities of the players.  

Gustavo will also be in charge of FC Virginia’s newly implemented Futsal program.  FC Virginia will be the provider for the Virginia Futsal State Cup competition sanctioned by US Futsal, the governing body for US futsal. Gus will further develop and continue existing futsal programs as part of FC Virginia’s continued effort to maximize the level of technical sufficiency of their players.

As part of the relationship FC Virginia will also use “Soccer the Brazilian Way” as its official camp provider. STBW will organize and conduct all Spring Break Camps, Summer Residential Camps and ID Camps for the Club. The curriculums for the camps and clinics will follow the principles and direction of FC Virginia’s player development philosophy and offer high quality programs to meet the demands of the elite player.
